These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of The New Lavender website and its content, operated by Shannon Dee LLC (d/b/a Healthy Honeys)(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

By accessing, browsing, or using The New Lavender, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any policies referenced within them. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the site.

9. Email and SMS Communications

If you choose to provide your email address or mobile number, you may opt in to receive communications from us, such as newsletters, educational content, event information, and updates.

Email. By subscribing, you consent to receive email communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

SMS and text messages. If you opt in to text messages, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational texts at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.

10. Payments, Registration & Refunds

Some classes and workshops offered directly through The New Lavender (those not registered through Metropolitan State University of Denver) require payment to reserve your spot. Prices are shown at registration. Payments are processed on a secure hosted page by our payment processor, Authorize.net; we do not receive or store your full card details. Your registration is confirmed once payment is completed.

Refunds and cancellations. Unless a specific event states otherwise, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the class or workshop start date; cancellations within 7 days of the start are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future session at our discretion. If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund. To request a refund or transfer, contact us at the address in Section 17.

Refund window and terms are a working draft pending Shannon’s final policy and attorney review.

Physical and intoxicating products are sold through Healthy Honeys (HealthyHoneys.shop) under its own terms, shipping, and refund policies, not these Terms.

11. User Conduct

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You will not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, infringe on the rights of others, or use its content in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shannon Dee LLC (d/b/a Healthy Honeys) and its owners, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. This includes any decision you make based on educational content.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shannon Dee LLC (d/b/a Healthy Honeys) and its owners, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.
